Joel W. Petrus Endowed Scholarship in the College of Applied and Natural Sciences

The purpose of the scholarship is to provide support for a student who is a student worker for the farm, or second preference is a student worker in Louisiana Tech’s Green House, or third preference is a student worker in Louisiana Tech’s meats lab.

The scholarship will be open to all applicants subject to the following criteria:

A. Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
B. First preference for students who are workers for the farm, located on South campus, second preference is a student worker in Louisiana Tech’s green house, and the third preference is a student worker in Louisiana Tech’s meats lab.
C. The recipient must have a minimum 2.7 GPA in all official college courses.
D. The recipient could have an opportunity to work as a summer intern at Petrus Feed and Seed.
