The James R. Harrelson Memorial Endowed Engineering Scholarship

Richard C. Harrelson donated “The James R. Harrelson Memorial Endowed Engineering Scholarship” to Louisiana Tech University.

Selection Criteria:

1. Student must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
2. Student must have been accepted into the College of Engineering and Sciences.
3. Student must be registered and remain as a full-time student for the quarter in which he/she receives the scholarship at Louisiana Tech University.

1st preference: student must be a graduate of Woodlawn High School in Shreveport, Louisiana.
2nd preference: student must be a graduate of Fair Park High School in Shreveport, Louisiana.
3rd preference: any student that graduated from a high school in Caddo Parish.
