Loraine N. Howard Endowment

Mr. James C. Howard, the Louisiana Tech Alumni Foundation, and the College of Administration and Business of Louisiana Tech University agreed to establish the “Loraine N. Howard” endowment fund to provide scholarships for students in the Department of Office Administration.

Selection Criteria:

1. Recipient must be a student within the College of Business.
2. Recipient must be majoring in Computer Information Systems.
