Dana Miller Packman Endowed Scholarship

The following conditions are required by the Donor for awarding any or all scholarships:
1. The Dana Miller Packman Endowed Superior Graduate Student Scholarship shall be managed in accordance with the Board of Regents Endowed Superior Graduate Student Scholarships Program Policy and the Louisiana Board of Regents Ednowed Chair, Endowed Professorships, and Endowed Scholarship Programs Statement of Investment Policy and Objectives.
2. The Dana Miller Packman Endowed Superior Graduate Student Scholarship shall be awarded to a graduate student enrolled in the Counseling Psychology Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program.
3. The scholarship recipient must be registered and remain registered as a full-time student for the quarter he/she receives the scholarship.
4. The scholarship recipient must maintain at least a minimum 3.0 GPA in all official college courses.
5. The scholarship recipient shall be chosen by the scholarship committee of the College of Education.
6. Should future circumstances render this graduate scholarship unusable in its current form, and should Donor be unavailable to render his consent to change the purpose of this fund, Donor’s intent is that the funds should be used for a purpose which most closely aligns with his primary original intent contained herein. Further, Donor acknowledges that these funds will long outlive him, and it it Donor’s intent that these funds neer sit idly and that Louisiana Tech University shall have Donor’s authorization to request a change of purpose in the funds to meet the changing needs of the University. Donor’s request is that any future change be to a purpose which most closely coincides with his intent as stated herein.
