MLS Scholarship Requirements

Selection Criteria:

1.      Scholarship recipients must be a Medical Laboratory Science major.

2.      Scholarship recipients must be accepted for clinical placement for their senior year in the University’s NAACLS (National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Science) accredited MLS program.

Supplemental Questions:

1.      Please list clinical site you were assigned for the senior clinical year?

2.      Please list current scholarships and other financial aid available for your clinical year.

3.      In 200-300 words, please describe your financial need and how this scholarship could have during your clinical year.

4.      In 200-300 words, describe your reasons for pursing the MLS program and your career goals.
