Gullatt Family Endowed Scholarship

PURPOSE AND CRITERIA
The purpose of the scholarship is to provide support for students in the College of Education in honor of the Gullatt family legacy in education. The scholarship will be open to all applicants subject to the following criteria:
A. Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree in the College of Education and majoring in a program associated with the Department of Curriculum, Instruction, and Leadership.
B. Recipients shall be juniors or seniors when they receive the award. C. Preference for students from Lincoln, Bossier, Jackson, Iberville, DeSoto, Bienville, Caddo, or Claiborne Parishes.

D. If there are no eligible juniors or seniors, the award may be given to a graduate student pursuing a degree in Education Leadership with an approved plan of study, with preference for students from Lincoln, Bossier, Jackson, Iberville, DeSoto, Bienville, Caddo, or Claiborne Parishes.
E. If there are no eligible juniors, seniors, or graduate students from the preferred parishes, the scholarship may be awarded to juniors or seniors from any parish within the State of Louisiana.
F. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA in all official college courses.
