Tom and Amy Hazelwood Industrial Engineering Scholarship

Thomas Hazelwood donated the “Tom and Amy Hazelwood Industrial Engineering Scholarship” to Louisiana Tech University.

Selection Criteria:

1. Student must be registered and remain registered as a full-time student for the quarter in which he/she receives the scholarship at Louisiana Tech University.
2. Student must be a junior or senior majoring in Industrial Engineering.
3. Student should have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
