Farmer (Richard & Nancy) Endowed Scholarship

The purpose of the scholarship is to provide support for an undergraduate student in the College of Engineering and Science. The scholarship will be open to all applicants subject to the following criteria:
A. Must be enrolled as a full-time student majoring in an engineering discipline.
B. Must have a minimum GPA of2.75 on a 4.0 scale in all official college courses
C. Preference shall be given to students with demonstrated financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid.
D. Preference given to a student-athlete participating in intercollegiate track and field.
The scholarship recipients shall be chosen by the scholarship committee of the College of Engineering and Science.
The scholarship will be awarded for one academic year and the award will be disbursed quarterly to the student’s university financial account.
Recipients are eligible to be considered to receive the scholarship in future years as long as they continue to meet the criteria.
