The General David Wade and Dorothy Raymond Wade Endowed Scholarship Fund

General David Wade and Dorothy R. Wade donated the “The General David Wade and Dorothy Raymond Wade Endowed Scholarship Fund” for students enrolled in the Air Force ROTC at Louisiana Tech University.

Selection Criteria:

1. The scholarship recipient will be chosen from those students from Claiborne Parish who are enrolled in the Air Force ROTC.
2. If no student from Claiborne Parish meets conditions requested by Donors, a qualified student from Webster, Bossier, or Caddo Parish may be selected by the University Board of Scholarships.
3. The student must be a citizen of the U.S.A.
4. The student must have achieved a 3.0 GPA in core subjects for Freshman and Sophomore years.
5. The recipient must remain enrolled in the Air Force ROTC to qualify for continued funding and maintain a 3.0 GPA in core subjects of chosen degree program.
6. The student must not be married.
7. The student must have no children.
