R. Terral Whetstone and American Electric Power donated the “Whetstone Scholarship in Home Economics” to Louisiana Tech University.
Selection Criteria:
- Student must be majoring in the School of Human Ecology.
- Student must be a sophomore class level.
- Students must have and maintain a 3.0 GPA.
