Tommy Ray Nichols West Monroe Civitan Club Endowed Scholarship

The West Monroe Civitan Club donated the “Tommy Ray Nichols West Monroe Civitan Club Endowed Scholarship” for and in consideration of the educational work being carried on by Louisiana Tech University.

Selection Criteria:

1. Recipient must be an Incoming Freshman.
2. Recipient must have a minimum 2.5 High School GPA.
3. Recipient must not have an ACT composite score of more than 22.

First preference is given to applicants graduating from high schools in Ouachita Parish and/or former Junior Civitan Club members.
Second preference is given to applicants pursuing a curriculum aligned with care for the handicapped.
