Beth Shriner donated the “Gladys Foster and Samuel Wadelle Williamson Endowed Scholarship” to Louisiana Tech University.

Selection Criteria:

1. Recipient must be an Incoming Freshman.
2. Recipient must have a minimum 3.0 High School GPA.
3. Recipient must not have an ACT composite score of more than 22.
4. Recipient will be awarded to a resident of Franklin Parish.
