Cynthia Ann Luffey Endowed Scholarship

Garry E. Luffey, M.D. and Jan Luffey donated the “Cynthia Ann Luffey Endowed Scholarship” to Louisiana Tech University.

Selection Criteria:

1. Recipient must be an Incoming Freshman.
2. Recipient must have a minimum 3.0 High School GPA.
3. Recipient must not have an ACT composite score of more than 22.

First preference to a graduate of St. Frederick High School in Monroe, LA.
Second preference to a graduate of any high school in Ouachita Parish, LA.
