O.L. and Carletta Waltman Scholarship

Jerold Waltman and Lee Waltman donated the “O.L. and Carletta Waltman Scholarship” to Louisiana Tech University.

Selection Criteria:

  1. Recipient must be an Incoming Freshman.
  2. Recipient must have a minimum 3.0 High School GPA.
  3. Recipient must not have an ACT composite score of more than 22.
  4. The scholarship recipient shall be an academically strong student with financial need from Bienville Parish.
