Como Charitable Foundation Scholarship

Ann B. McIntyre donated Como Charitable Foundation Scholarship to Louisiana Tech University.

Selection Criteria:

  1. Scholarship recipient (s) must be a resident of Franklin Parish.
  2. The scholarship may be awarded to a student in any year of study, but preference shall be given to incoming freshmen.
  3. The scholarship recipient (s) must have a minimum 2.5 high school GPA and must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA in all official college course work.

Preference in awarding the scholarship shall be given to a student who has volunteered to an organization that promotes the quality of life in Franklin Parish. For example these organizations include, but are not limited to, Winnsboro Main Street, Princess Theatre, Good Samaritans of Franklin Parish, Project Change of Franklin Parish, and Franklin Parish Black Achievers.
