James L. Pierce and Janis E. Pierce Endowed Scholarship in Education

James L. Pierce donated the “James L. Pierce and Janis E. Pierce Endowed Scholarship in Education” to Louisiana Tech University to help support the students majoring in education.

Selection Criteria:

1. The scholarship recipient(s) must be registered and remain registered as a full-time student for the quarter in which he/she receives the scholarship at Louisiana Tech University.
2. The scholarship recipient should be a junior majoring in education.
3. The recipient should have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
4. The recipient should be someone who demonstrates dedication to teaching and promise in the profession.
