Daniel Wilds Memorial Non-Endowed Scholarship

PURPOSE AND CRITERIA
The purpose of the scholarship is to provide support for an undergraduate student
majoring in Civil Engineering. The scholarship will be open to all applicants subject to the
following criteria:
A. Non-freshman and enrolled as a full-time student.
B. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
C. Students provide a list of Christian faith-based groups they are involved in.
D. In 500 words or less, explain how this scholarship will support your academic and
personal goals in engineering and service to others.
E. Provide specific examples of your volunteer work, community service, or
leadership in service-oriented initiatives that demonstrate servant-hearted character
and Christian values.
F. Preference for the student to be a member of the Cook Baptist Church
located in Ruston, LA.
